Aspirations is keen to grow. We already educate over 9,000 students and employ over 1,000 people. Our experience and reputation has steadily grown over our eight years of operation and currently, all our primary and secondary academies inspected as Aspirations Academies by Ofsted, are good or outstanding.

The co-founders, Steve and Paula Kenning, still lead the Trust and along with teachers and other staff, have shaped a unique vision for the future. As a Trust, we share nine core principles centred around the three guiding principles of self-worth, engagement and purpose. Our mission is to provide a truly authentic education which allows young people to succeed in this ever changing world.

But our mission does not end here – the Trust board is very keen to expand and extend our vision and approach to other schools for a better educational system. The vision is to grow our three regions (West London, South Coast and South Central) and possibly develop new regions. We already have a strong support and development team designed to allow our Principals to focus on the education provision in our academies, although we want to develop this further to provide even better provision.

We offer an extensive range of support, which includes:

Extensive monitoringĀ

School improvement

Shared resources and materials

Extensive CPD

Expert advice and support for Principals

Full HR support

Legal advice

Premises management

ICT systems management

Trust-wide data management

Centralised financial systems

Energy procurement and management

Commercial development
