Aspirations firmly believes that education professionals are always learning, finding out things, analysing information, adapting their behaviour according to information received, looking to improve and adapting to modern demands. All of this constitutes research. 

The Aspirations vision centres around developing challenging, engaging and relevant education that prepares young people for success in this fast-changing world. In working to achieve this, Aspirations has developed several initiatives including the No Limits Curriculum and the Aspirations Employability Diploma. We have also opened Livingstone Academy Bournemouth, our first digital school. It is important to highlight their impact on outcomes, progress and learning and encourage staff to conduct action research. 

In order to achieve this purpose, Aspirations is working with several organisations with a similar outlook and is testing the impact of curriculum initiatives with the ImpactEd research organisation.
