Why Study for an NPQ?

The National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) provide training and support for teachers and school leaders at all levels, from those who want to develop expertise in high quality teaching practice, such as behaviour management, to those leading multiple schools across trusts.

Aspirations Learning Institute is delighted to be working with Leadership Learning South East (LLSE) to deliver the  NPQ framework across the south central region, with hubs in west London, the south coast and Oxfordshire.

The new NPQ frameworks are evidenced based and ensure a clear path of professional development, building on the learning from ITT core content framework and the new ECF.

An NPQ can help you improve your skills, progress your career, increase your confidence in your role and support staff development in your school.
